Refund policy

All Marine Surplus sells used, surplus, second-hand, refurbished and new old stock marine parts, electronics and equipment. Product condition will be described as clearly as possible in each listing.

Please check all photos, part numbers, compatibility notes and product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Marine parts can vary between models, years and installations, so buyers are responsible for confirming that an item is suitable for their application before ordering.

If you are unsure whether a part is compatible, please contact us before purchasing with your engine model, equipment model, serial number, existing part number or photos where possible.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect ordering, incorrect compatibility checks by the buyer, or where an item has been fitted, installed, modified, damaged or used after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos and a description of the issue.

Where a return is approved, the item must be returned in the same condition it was supplied, with all included parts, packaging and accessories where applicable.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
