By purchasing from All Marine Surplus, you agree to review all product descriptions, photos, part numbers, condition notes and compatibility information before placing an order.

All Marine Surplus sells new, used, surplus, second-hand, refurbished and new old stock marine parts, electronics and equipment. Unless clearly stated otherwise, items may show signs of previous use, storage, handling or age.

Product compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility. We are happy to assist where possible, but final confirmation of suitability remains with the buyer before purchase.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to stock availability. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative solution.

Shipping is available Australia-wide and worldwide. International buyers must contact us before purchasing for an accurate shipping quote unless international shipping is available at checkout.

All Marine Surplus is not responsible for installation, misuse, incorrect fitment, third-party labour costs, vessel downtime or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of any item.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
